Exchange & Return Policy

At The SchoolMart, we care about your satisfaction. Our Exchange & Return Policy is designed to make your shopping experience easy, transparent, and worry-free — while ensuring product quality and fairness for all customers.

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.


๐Ÿฌ 1. General Policy Overview

  • We allow exchange of eligible items within 7 days of purchase (for in-store buyers) or 7 days from delivery (for online buyers).

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with the purchase receipt/bill.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items supplied by us.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed as store credit or exchange, not as cash, unless specifically approved by management.


๐Ÿงพ 2. Items Eligible for Exchange

The following categories are eligible for exchange (within the allowed period):
โœ… Stationery items (unused and sealed)
โœ… School bags and accessories (tags intact)
โœ… Sports and games equipment (unused)
โœ… Toys and learning aids (unopened packaging)
โœ… Uniforms (unused, unworn, size exchange only)
โœ… Footwear (unworn, clean soles)

Note: For uniforms and shoes, exchanges are allowed only for size issues within 7 days and subject to stock availability.


๐Ÿšซ 3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or academic integrity reasons, including:
โŒ Textbooks, notebooks, and workbooks
โŒ Exam copies and test papers
โŒ Opened stationery packets (e.g., pens, markers, glue)
โŒ Customized or special-order items (school-printed uniforms, logos, name tags)
โŒ Printing, photocopying, lamination, and binding services
โŒ Discounted, clearance, or promotional items


โš™๏ธ 4. Return Process (In-Store Purchases)

  1. Bring your original invoice or bill along with the product.

  2. The item will be inspected by our staff for eligibility.

  3. Once approved, you may select another product of equal or higher value.

  4. Price differences (if any) must be paid at the counter.


๐Ÿ“ฆ 5. Return Process (Online Orders)

For items purchased through myschoolmart.pk:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images if needed.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you to send the product back via courier (at your expense, unless the item was defective or incorrect).

  4. Exchange or store credit will be issued after we receive and verify the returned item.


โš ๏ธ 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective or missing parts

  • Incorrect in size or design

Please inform us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
We’ll arrange free replacement or exchange once the issue is verified.


๐Ÿ’ณ 7. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are offered only for unavailable or canceled items that cannot be replaced.

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • For cash purchases in-store, refunds are generally provided as store credit or exchange.


๐Ÿง 8. Exchange Conditions

To ensure fair handling:

  • The SchoolMart reserves the right to decline exchanges for used, damaged, or opened items.

  • All exchanges are subject to managerial approval and availability of stock.

  • In case of disputes, management’s decision will be considered final.
